James Eusden, Director – Mining

A business graduate who began his recruitment career in the resources sector in 1999; James specialises in technical, managerial and executive recruitment and consulting to the global exploration and mining industry. His background includes working in the UK, Africa and Australia, having developed strong local and expatriate industry networks across Francophone and Anglophone countries.  He has assisted projects from exploration through to mine development and operations, working with a range of clients including investment banks, private equity ventures, listed companies and global mining houses.

   

David Webb, Director – Oil & Gas

Dave commenced his recruitment career in 1997.  He has worked in the UK and Australia with a strong background in sourcing executive and project delivery professionals within the mining, heavy infrastructure and the oil and gas industries.
Since 2006, Dave has led Oreion’s Oil & Gas division; managing and executing a range of tailored recruitment assignments including talent pooling, targeted search, and bulk campaigns for major international projects.  

   

Kenny Thiedeman, Consultant Director – Rail & Infrastructure

Kenny has extensive experience within the global rail recruitment market. He began his career in HR with British Rail before tackling a technical safety training management role with one of the UK’s largest rail infrastructure contractors. Leveraging his in-depth understanding of the many engineering facets within the rail industry, Kenny then made the move into specialist rail recruitment, recruiting at all levels throughout the UK, Europe, Asia and Australia. This experience, combined with his global project knowledge and extensive network of contacts, enables Kenny to deliver innovative rail recruitment solutions – strategies that place him firmly at the forefront of the rail industry.
